Our speaker is retired Arizona law enforcement officer, Mark Lucas. He served as a Tactical Unit Commander and has received over 27 awards for service. He also served in the Tactical Operations Unit for over twenty years. Mark is active across the United States in his efforts to engage, educate, and empower the public.
